Summary

This publication develops and validates a population-based PK–PD model to describe carboplatin-induced myelosuppression using real-world data from electronic health records. The use of Bayesian inference techniques enables the model to be utilised to support precision dosing of carboplatin (Model-Informed Precision Dosing, MIPD).
